2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on news24, users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration may be verified against a government-issued ID. Each individual may only register one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have more than one account, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, password, and all security information confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account, including unauthorized access by third parties. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password. news24 will never ask for your full password or OTP by phone or email — treat any such request as fraudulent.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the news24 platform must comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations at all times. Any misuse of platform services, fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense. If gaming abuse, bonus fraud, artificial bet placement, or any form of coordinated fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately. If the account balance is not subject to forfeiture upon closure, the funds will be returned to the user's registered payment method once verification is complete. Any appeal regarding account closure must be submitted in writing to the support team, and the relevant decision will be considered final.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between news24 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through mediation or legal proceedings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
